The Sneak Peek Demo

The Sneak Peek demo became available in February of 2006.

While Scavenger Hunter was in the Beta Testing phase and we felt that it would be appropriate at that time to release a "Sneak Peek" demo of our game. This sneak peek does not showcase the random capabilities of the full game but instead introduces you to a partially completed world from the full game. It contains a simple puzzle and will let you, the player, get a feel for the game environment and the user interface.

We hope you will enjoy this first peek at Scavenger Hunter when it was "under construction". Don't go beyond the barriers, morphing is in progress and hard vacuum may occur without warning!

The Official Demo

The Scavenger Hunter Official Demo features a small area from the full game in which you, the player, can experience the essence of a replayable game.

The Official Demo emulates the full game in its ability to randomly select objects for you to locate and change the look of puzzles and their solutions. The full version applies this random ability on a much larger scale with many more objects, puzzles and locations to explore.

All player interaction within the Official Demo Game is the same as the full version of Scavenger Hunter including the ability to use the 'zip' mode of travel which will appear once you have met its criteria - traveling the distance between two 'trigger' nodes.

The demo approximately 40MB in size and will require 45MB of free space on your hard drive. The installation will also install the Xvid codec on you computer so that animations will function properly.

Remember, if either demo plays on your computer, then so will Scavenger Hunter - The Replayable Adventure Game!
